Yes, when we have keys and you want interior checks. Walk-throughs cover interior and exterior, systems, and anything on your checklist. Key handling stays secure and documented.
A written checklist plus date- and time-stamped photos. If something is wrong, you get an alert instead of waiting for the next scheduled update.
We follow a secure key-handling process and can meet contractors on site, supervise work, and keep notes for cleaners, vendors, and guests.
We treat that as an immediate alert. You hear from us with photos, and we help coordinate local vendors so a small problem does not sit until you drive north.
Yes. We offer co-hosting, turnover checks, restocking, and guest-ready inspections alongside standard home watch.
